Our classes are designed to help you feel empowered and strong, with workouts tailored to your unique needs, We believe that being a Mama is your superpower, and our goal is to help you tap into that inner strength, all while having fun and feeling supported.

At Babefit, it's not just about fitness—it's about embracing your journey as a mama with confidence, finding your tribe, and celebrating every milestone along the way. So, let's move, laugh, and lift each other up.

What to Expect…

6 - Week Program: November 11 - December 16, 2024

Mama & Baby Bonding: Experience workouts that not only strengthen your body but also deepen the connection with your little one. Each exercise is designed so that you can choose to workout with your baby, or incorporate weights making workouts fun and engaging for both of you.

Strength & Recovery: Our sessions focus on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, and gently easing you back into fitness. Whether you’re just getting back into movement or looking to advance your routine, we’ve got you covered with safe, effective exercises.

Supportive Community: You’re joining more than just a class—you’re becoming part of a supportive mama tribe. Share laughs, milestones, and encouragement with other moms who are on the same journey, all while staying active together.

Flexible Fun: We know babies have their own schedules! Our workouts are designed to be flexible, allowing you to move at your own pace, tend to your baby’s needs, and still get a great workout in.

Empowerment in Every Move: Babefit is all about empowering you to feel strong, confident, and connected—both as a mom and as a woman. Each session is a step toward embracing your new role with energy and joy.

Class Schedule

Monday: 10:00 - 11:00 am

is designed to help you feel more energized, strong, and mobile in your day-to-day life. With your baby by your side, you’ll explore movements that promote recovery, reduce stress, and keep you feeling vibrant and ready for the adventures of motherhood. This class also incorporates functional exercises to help you feel grounded, strengthening your core, improving posture, and boosting your strength. Whether you're lifting, carrying, or finding your groove, this supportive and fun environment helps you regain confidence and build a solid foundation for every step of your motherhood journey—leaving you feeling empowered and ready for whatever comes your way!
