Women’s Strength and Conditioning: New Class Times and Pricing as of April 1st.

Our fully coached training sessions teach women how to safely lift and effectively condition their bodies. The strength portion in each class will teach women the essentials of lifting and weight training in a fun and educational way; modes of cardio and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) are used to ensure that the body is fully conditioned.

These classes are suited for women all ages and abilities with built in progressions and alternatives for beginners, intermediate, and advanced members.

Class Times:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 6:00 – 7:00 pm

Tuesday + Thursday 5:45 – 6:30 am

Saturday 7:30 – 8:30 am
