Rebel Strength is a fast paced strength and conditioning class designed with both men and women in mind. Weather you are new to lifting, a little rusty or a seasoned veteran all you need to bring is a high intensity attitude.

- Weight Training

- Seasonal Outdoor Workout : Tire Flipping, Prowler Pushing, Hill Sprints

- Group Based Challenges

Class Times:

Monday + Wednesday: 7:15 -8:15 pm

Saturday: 8:30 - 9:30 am
